1. What is Compass Star Limited?

Compass Star Limited is a company that provides Director Referrals to Limited Companies in the UK Contacting Market. Compass Star Limited is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
Compass Star does not operate in the Philippines but it outsources its operations to Billio Philippines Corporation, a Philippine company registered in the SEC.

2. What are the responsibilities of a director?

Directors are ultimately responsible for the Limited companies they are registered to.
Directors will have to review and sign business documents created by their company’s accountancy firm through the use of the Compass Star portal.

3. What are the (2) Valid ID’s and (1) Clearance that I can submit?

A. Clearances:
NBI Clearance
Police Clearance
Municipal Clearance
Barangay Clearance

B. Identifications
Senior ID
Voters ID
Driver’s License
Unified Multi ID
(SSS) ID
Pag Ibig ID
BIR (TIN) ID
PRC ID
Postal ID

Seaman’s Book

4. How do I upload my documents?

Everything is uploaded in the Compass Star Portal. We will never ask for hard copies of the original documents. All you need to do is a scan or take a photo of your documents and then submit them through the portal.

5. What will I do if my documents got rejected?

Most of the time, document rejection is due to the images being unclear or unreadable. All you need to do is to resubmit a clearer, readable version of the documents.

6. When are we going to receive the contract?

Contracts will be sent to you once you have successfully registered as a director and after you have been certified by our Communications Team

7. How do I cancel my application?

If you’ve not signed any contracts and decide to retract, you can just discontinue. But please get in touch with us first so that we may understand why you would like to cancel.

8. Why is the processing of my application taking too long?

You might have entered wrong details and if not corrected immediately, will be pushed to the back of the queue

9. How do we sign the documents?
 
Everything is done online. We use DocuSign, which is secure online software that allows you to digitally affix your signature by signing your name or adopting a digital signature. All you need to do is to follow a secure link that will be sent to you via email and follow the instructions.

10. How can I access my portal if I forgot my log-in details?

You can email Director Support (directorsupport@compassstarltd.com) for any concerns or issues regarding your account.

II. Contract

1. Who is the contract between?

The contract is between you and Compass Star.

So long as you meet the following requirements:

✅ Must be between 18-65 years of age
✅ Must have a personal cell phone number
✅ Must be able to access the internet
✅ Must have a valid, personal email address
✅ Must be able to personally carry out the Director tasks from the Compass Star Web Portal
✅ Must be able to submit the required documents (proof of legality)

Payments:

👉Please note as well that your remuneration of PHP 10,000 per year follows the following payment schedule:

✅ 50% or P5,000 paid immediately upon successfully being assigned to a UK Limited company
✅ 25% or P2,500 at the end of the 3rd quarter of the year
✅ 25% or P2,500 at the end of the 4th quarter of the year
